You should be asking the repairers first and foremost if a warranty is available, then ask how long the warranty period is, and what exactly it covers the vehicle for.
2. Are you a certified Body & Paint specialist?

3. Can you provide me with a quote for how much it will cost to repair my vehicle?
Although Body & Paint Specialists cannot provide you with an exact figure for what you’ll be paying in repairs, they should certainly be able to provide you with a quote so you can prepare yourself as much as possible. You’re entitled to ask this question, and it’s a pretty important one! 4. Can you provide me with an estimate of the time that the repairs will take?
When your vehicle goes in for repair, it’s important to know how long for so you can schedule life around being without your transport (especially if this is your only car). Although the time frame can sometimes change if other issues arise or it takes longer than expected to repair your vehicle, the specialists should definitely be able to give you an estimate so you can make necessary plans.
5. Do you have the option of a rental car whilst my vehicle is being repaired?

6. How soon after having my vehicle repaired can I wash it?
This is a question people might not think to ask about but it is actually very important. If fresh paint has been applied to your vehicle, your body & paint specialist might recommend you hold off on washing it for a certain duration of time to ensure the paint has time to properly cure and set. It is wise to have this chat with them, to ensure you look after your fresh new car the best you can.
