Toyota is bringing you new vehicles with an inbuilt communication device, designed to connect you with help if you're in an emergency, a serious accident or your car is stolen[CS1].
Stolen Vehicle Tracking (SVT)
Your Toyota can be tracked and located by Toyota’s Stolen Vehicle Assistance call centre and the police if reported stolen[CS4].
Report
In the unfortunate event of a stolen vehicle you should first file a stolen vehicle report with the police.

Contact Toyota Stolen Vehicle Assistance and quote your police report number and vehicle identification number (VIN) on 1300 216 738.

Connected to make your driving more convenient
With the myToyota Connect app you have access to all the information you need about your Toyota connected vehicle, no matter where you are in the world[CS5].
Recent Trips and Drive Pulse
View your 10 last trips’ information such as distance travelled, time on the road and more. Your Drive Pulse score can help you become a better driver by showing you your braking, acceleration and cornering behaviours[CS7].
Fast acceleration
Excessive acceleration means extra wear on your tyres as well as using your petrol, diesel or battery power inefficiently.
Harsh cornering
Harsh cornering creates unnecessary wear on your tyres and is also unsafe for you and other road users.
Harsh braking
Harsh braking suggests that you were either driving too fast, not concentrating on the road or you were affected by another road user.
Odometer and fuel level
Get up-to-date odometer and fuel level readings, including an approximate distance to empty reading in the palm of your hand. So you can plan your next trip with confidence[CS10].
customer driver settings
This allows you to set and receive driver alerts when you lend your Toyota to someone from your nominated list of drivers. Once set, these notifications can include alerts to exceeded speed, time or distance[CS11].

Vehicle Locator

Toyota Connected Services offer an advanced suite of smart technologies designed to simplify your everyday life. Only Toyota vehicles fitted with an active Connected Services system can provide Connected Services. By harnessing unique vehicle data, you can expect to see more new technology added to future Toyota vehicles.

How do I setup the Toyota Connected Services?
Toyota Connected Services are available by default on specific new model vehicles at point of purchase.
What is the cost of Toyota Connected Services?
The services are complimentary for the first 3 years of ownership starting from the time the vehicle is registered, after which the owner may choose to either continue, or discontinue.
In the case of purchasing a Toyota dealer demo model or used connected vehicle, the remaining complimentary period balance will be automatically transferred to the new owner.
Does Toyota Connected Services require my mobile phone or phones data to operate?
No. Toyota Connected Services utilises the vehicle's inbuilt communication device to connect to the mobile network.
