The Yaris is getting an upgrade! In 2021 the standard Yaris will be upgrading and joined by two entirely new models, the Yaris Cross and the GR Yaris! If you’re curious about what new Yaris has to offer, we’re here to give you a complete rundown of all the new models.
New 2020 Toyota Yaris
The new 2021 Yaris is big on safety, technology, style and economy. The new Yaris will feature the most advanced Toyota Safety Sense technology available in Australia. Apple CarPlay and Andriod Auto will be standard across the range allowing you to stay connected while driving. You’ll have a rainbow of colour to style your Yaris, with 12 unique colours to choose from! And the most exciting part? The all-new Yaris is available in both petrol and HYBRID!
The new Hybrid Yaris is more powerful than the previous generation petrol Yaris yet boasting a fuel consumption as low as 3.3L per 100km. The new Petrol Yaris is at least 15% more fuel-efficient and 10% more powerful than the previous generation. So both engines use less petrol, produce less Carbon Dioxide and gained a lot more power.
New Toyota Yaris Cross
The New Yaris Cross has a twist… it is a compact SUV! Suited for any location and available in Hybrid or Petrol giving you the option to choose! It is packed with technology to keep you connected on the road and Toyota Safety Sense to ensure safety on every journey. The Compact design allows you to feel comfortable where ever you go or park, who doesn’t love that! Keep your eyes peeled for when it arrives!
New Toyota AWD GR Yaris
The GR Yaris is born from the Toyota Yaris World Rally Car! The Yaris GR is performance-focused with the technology, engineering and winning approach of the WRC, now that’s impressive! The GR incorporates aerodynamic styling and ensures optimal performance with a new and dedicated chassis, an enhanced suspension system and GR-FOUR AWD system. The 1.6L Turbo, 3 cylinder engine produces 200kW and 370Nm thanks to multi-oil jet piston cooling, large exhaust valves and a part-machined intake port. The GR Yaris certainly knows how to race into the market!
