I just wanted to say what a pleasant experience I had with my car today in the service department. I've had to bring my car in three times in the past fortnight for recalls in my car. Usually I go for a walk around the lake, but due to the rain today I had to stay at the dealership. Everyone was so friendly and upbeat and there was lots of smiles and laughter. The staff made sure I had a drink at all times and some biscuits to eat. My coffee even had a Toyota symbol dusted on to it! The service rep that dealt with me and my car was Kate. She was very friendly and gave me updates as to how my car was going and when it would be ready. Also I'd like to mention the lady who drops people off in the van, the lady who "invented" the Toyota stamp for the coffees and the lady at the front desk who has blonde hair. These ladies (unfortunately I don't recall their names) were very friendly and made sure I was well looked after. They wore smiles on their faces and were very interactive with me and the other customers.  There was also a few young men in the service department who were also very friendly. I know companies also get feedback on when a customer is unhappy with the service, but not everyone supplies feedback when a customer is happy and impressed with service. I believe the staff need to know when they've done an excellent job as well as when they need to step it up. My experience has been a great one with the staff at Sunshine Toyota at Currimundi. I will definitely be recommending you to others! Thank you :)

The vehicle ran just so smoothly, also it came back nicely cleaned.  We are accustomed to very good service from this dealership at all times, never any problems.

Gavin the mobile service guy is really great and helpful, he did the job really quickly and also mentioned that I will need new tyres before or at next service, so that is nice to know beforehand.  I will use the mobile service all the time.
