There’s a lot of reasons to love the LandCruiser Prado, and with the recent upgrades, what better time is there than now to consider the Prado as your next vehicle!

Firstly, what are the most frequently asked questions about the Prado? We spoke to Jess to chat to her about some of the most frequently asked questions asked by our guests. Watch the video below or read our transcript underneath the video.

Transcript:

Jess: Hi, I'm Jess from Sunshine Toyota, and today we're going to be talking about the most frequently asked questions on the Toyota Prado.

Question 1: Does the Prado still come in petrol and manual transmission?

Jess: Many people still ask whether the Prado comes as a manual or petrol variant, so now only comes as a diesel six-speed auto, which is great for fuel efficiency, and towing.

Question 2: Do the seats on the Prado still fold up on the side?

Jess: Many people purchase the new Prado for all the space in the rear. Most people still ask whether the seats still fold up to the side, but in the new Prado, it all lays down nice and flat so you can have a seamless boot to fit all of your things for your long road trips.

Question 3: Is there a cheaper option for the Prado?

Jess: Some people think the Prado is out of their price range, but with Toyota Access, we make it really easy with repayments from $208 a week, depending on which variant you want. We make sure that it can fit all kinds of budgets.

Question 4: Is there a new Prado, and what’s the fuel tank capacity?

Jess: Our guests have come in before and have asked us, is there a new Prado out? Because I've seen ones that don't look like this. The Prado has two different options for the tailgate. It's got one that looks like this, which is our traditional one with 150 litres of fuel, which is great for towing and long-distance travelling. The other option is our flat tail gate option. The benefit of that is the back window here lifts up it's a nice and easy convenience of getting your groceries in and out. But you do only have an 87-litre fuel tank, which is still a lot to do on your family road trip.

Question 5: Can I go off-roading in the Prado?

Jess: The Prado is set up to go off-road really, simply with a constant all-wheel drive. You don't need to do a thing.

Jess: So there you have it, all of our frequently asked questions on the Prada. If you have any other questions, come on in and see the team on the Lake at Currimundi.
