Stolen Vehicle Tracking (SVT)
First up, we've got Stolen Vehicle Tracking (SVT). Imagine your car gets stolen—it's a nightmare, right? But fear not! With SVT, we can track and locate your Toyota in collaboration with police. Just report the theft to the police, then call our Toyota Stolen Vehicle Assistance hotline at 1300 216 738 with your police report number and have your vehicle info handy. We'll work with the police to pinpoint your car's exact location [CS4].
Automatic Collision Notification (ACN)
Accidents happen, but with Automatic Collision Notification (ACN), you're covered. If your Toyota senses a collision (even if you can't make the call yourself), it automatically alerts our Emergency Call Centre. We'll reach out to you via your car's speakers. If there's no response, we won't waste time—We’ll contact emergency services and get them on their way pronto [CS3].
SOS Emergency Call (SOS)
Now, let's talk SOS Emergency Call. It's your lifeline in emergencies. There's a dedicated SOS button in your Toyota—just press it, and you're instantly connected with a trained member of our Toyota Emergency Assistance call centre, day or night. They can guide emergency services right to your car's location. It's that simple in times of need [CS2].
