Toyota Reveals the Future of Electrified Vehicles
Toyota Australia has revealed plans to launch at least three electric vehicles in three years, starting with the bZ4X SUV later this year.
Toyota has made it their mission to find a solution by 2050 to power the future without the use of any fossil fuels.
Expect cleaner and smarter powered vehicles which don’t harm the environment, utilise naturally unlimited energy sources and still have the ability for incredible acceleration.
Sean Hanley (Vice President for Sales, Marketing & Franchise Operations for Toyota Australia) revealed that, “By 2030, Toyota globally planned to release 30 new EVs and lift EV sales to 3.5 million a year, investing 8 trillion yen (A$87 billion) in the shift to zero-carbon vehicles over that period”
"During the same timeframe for Australia, we are committed to offering an electrified version of every model in our range, excluding performance cars.”
Subsequently, Toyota’s new EVs and energy goals are providing cleaner and smarter power for a better tomorrow, kicking off with the launch of the bZ4X SUV in late 2023.
