How can I access my Toyota Finance account?
Once we have finalised your loan with Toyota Finance and you’re on the road in your new car, you are able to access your finance account directly without coming through us. To do this you will first need to register your account with Toyota Finance. To do this head to Toyota Finance Online & select the “Not Registered?” link, enter your details and create your own unique password.
To register your account you will need your Customer ID number, you can find this in the welcome letter that you received at the start of your loan or any other letter that we have sent you.
How do I change my banking details for payments to Toyota Finance?
We often have guests contact us to update the banking details for payments of their Toyota Finance loans. It's so easy to update this and you can do it yourself via your Toyota Finance Online Account via tfsonline.com.au or alternatively, you can contact Toyota Finance Customer Solutions Centre to be sent a direct debit form. Simply complete this, sign it & send it back to Toyota Finance and your account details will be updated. This can take up to 2 business days, so make sure you allow plenty of time before your next payment is due.
Note: bank accounts for direct debit payments MUST be in the name of a contracting party. Third-party bank accounts are unfortunately not accepted.
How do I pay out my loan with Toyota finance?
At Sunshine Toyota, we often get asked about final payout figures on guest loans and the good news is that you’re actually able to generate this yourself. To ensure the smooth finalisation of your finance contract, it’s important that you have an accurate payout figure calculated. To find out your payout figure in full, we recommend logging into your Toyota Finance Online account and simply calculating a figure from the Payout Quote page and finalising the contract. You can also request this directly from Toyota Finance by calling them on 137 200.
Through Toyota Finance Online you are also able to set up a one-off direct debit or access your EFT or BPAY details. By navigating to the Payout Quote page you will be able to calculate a figure for any business day up to the next monthly due date and generate a Payout Letter if you need it. The payout quote will assume that any recent payments have been honoured if there are any payments that are outstanding the contract will not be finalised until this amount along with any dishonour fees has been paid.
What if I drive extra Kms to what I originally stated on my Access plan?

What’s the process of upgrading my car when I have existing finance on it?
Whether it's a change in lifestyle, an accident or even just a great deal – sometimes changing your car over can happen unexpectedly. If you’ve got a car with existing finance on it already, don’t let this stop you from considering an upgrade.
Most car loans are secured loans which means that the financier registers security against the car until it is repaid in full, enabling lenders to provide you with a lower interest rate on your loan. This also means that to upgrade your car you’ll need to pay out the existing loan first.
There are a couple of things that you should do if you’re looking to upgrade your car
Determine your payout figure: this is the total amount that you owe on your loan and should include any early termination fees
Decide what to do with your old car: will you trade it or sell it privately? If you’re looking to trade-in & upgrade, our friendly team are happy to provide you with an obligation-free trade appraisal
Trading in your car is the easiest option because it means that we handle all of the paperwork! We take care of paying out your car loan with the current lender (be it Toyota Finance or otherwise) and will submit your application with Toyota Finance for extra funds you might need to purchase your new car! Easy & convenient.
